  • Polenta crusted tempeh
  • Orange-ginger sauce
  • Olive-oil roasted potatoes
  • Emily’s Mâche Salad
  • Sauteed leeks with lemon 
  • Roasted Cauliflower with Garlic & Rosemary
  • Mushy Peas courtesy of my English mother-in-law
  • Fruit salad with lots of pomegranate
  • Crudités with creamy, nutty dips
